Monkey WOD

From Crossfit

Skill - 7 rounds
1 Thruster, find max weight at rnd 4 (155#)
2 Push Press
3 Front Squats

WOD
1 Squat Clean (105#)
5 pushups
50 Meter Sprint (couldn't breathe after around the 6th minute so I stopped running)
1 set every minute for 15 minutes
